Processing Time

Each Absynthe’s Apothecary order is prepared with care. Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or events, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping

Orders are currently shipped within the United States via USPS Ground Advantage. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination.

USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Returns

Because our beard care and fine fragrance products are personal-care items, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or we sent an incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and shipping packaging when applicable. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery delays can occasionally occur. If your tracking information indicates a problem with your shipment, please contact us and we’ll help determine the appropriate next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the shipping process.
