Absynthe’s Apothecary began with a love of botanicals, traditional craft, and the character of an old-world apothecary.

The name has roots in a much earlier chapter. Before there was an apothecary, there was the Green Fairy—a Renaissance-faire persona that eventually inspired the name Absynthe’s Apothecary. That history still lives quietly throughout the brand today, from the subtle fairy imagery to the botanical and old-world details that surround each creation.

At the heart of the Apothecary is a simple approach: create thoughtfully, work in small batches, and let distinctive botanical ingredients and scent combinations take center stage.

Our Beard Oil, Beard Wash, and Fine Fragrance collections are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients and distinctive scent blends. From fresh herbs and citrus to woods, florals, spice, and warm vanilla, each blend is created to have a character of its own.

Absynthe’s Apothecary is intentionally not divided into fragrances “for him” or “for her.” Scent is personal. Our collections are made to be explored and enjoyed according to what speaks to you.

What began with a fairy and an appreciation for another time has grown into a small-batch apothecary rooted in botanicals, craftsmanship, and the pleasure of finding a scent that feels distinctly your own.
